Terms and Conditions of Hire

During the hire of our skips, the hirer (you) is responsible for the loading and placement of the skip. This includes preparing your drive to recieve the skip. If you would like your driveway protected, this must be completed before our arrival. Drivers do not carry wood to place under the skips. Due to the nature of our deliveries, skips must be transported on solid vehicle base, therefore, we are unable to provide the protection for you.
You will be held liable if damage occurs to our property (skip). This could happen due to unsafe loading or repositioning of the bin.
In an event of a fire, we reserve the right to charge the client the full cost of bin replacement. Alternatively, we may also charge for repairing the damaged skip, which will include labor and cost of materials. These charges will be at the current market price. Furthermore, any other damages will be charged to the client before the skip is collected. This could mean your collection will be delayed. All skips must be paid before delivery by card payment over the phone or a bank transfer. Cash payment can be accepted, whoever a deposit must be paid by card to secure your delivery. If payment of cash is not completed at the time of delivery, a card payment will be required before collection. We do not collect any others without prior payment.
