Terms & Conditions of Hire
If you are ordering a skip with us, either by phone or online, please ensure you read all of our terms and conditions below.
Your delivery note can either be posted trough your letterbox, or we can email you a copy should you wish to. Please let us know at the time of order.
Prices quoted on Core Fusion Limited website are inclusive of VAT.
Prices quoted are based on disposal of non-hazardous waste. Common hazardous waste includes (but is not limited to) asbestos, fridges/freezers, computer and electronics equipment, and fluorescent lighting tubes and paint & solvents.
During the hire of our skips, the hirer (you) is responsible and will therefore be held liable should damage occur to our property (skip).
In an event of fire we reserve the right to charge the client a replacement or repair for the damaged skip, at the current market price. Furthermore, any other damages will be charged to the client before the skip is collected.

Cancellation and Refund
All our orders are confirmed at the time of order. If you need to cancel or reschedule the delivery we require a minimum of 24h notice. Cancellations as well as Rescheduling of your delivery must be by phone 01206 890997. Failed attempts of delivery or collections will be charged at £40.00 as per our terms and conditions.
All cancelled orders which qualify for refund will be charged £5.00 administration fee (Refund of the remainder will be paid back onto the card used at the time of booking).
Orders which are cancelled less than 24hrs before delivery will be a subject of £50% refund. Orders which have already been shipped will not qualify for a refund.
Placement of skips on driveways
It is customer’s Responsibility to ensure sufficient room for the skip on their property. Our skips cannot be placed on the road, instead, we offer a wait and load service. Please Call us to arrange this alternative.
Drivers are all trained to deposit skip in such manner, it can be collected. Therefore, please ensure the skip is not moved from the position we have left it at. Furthermore, any skips which have been moved and as a result can not be collected, will be subject to additional cost for wasted collections.
Our waste is segregated and recycled by us, therefore, any non-conforming waste that might be discovered in the skip, will be returned to your property and you may incur delivery and administration charge.
Delivery, Loading and Collection of Skips
Ordering a skip with us could not be any easier:
Skips must be loaded only up to a LEVEL load. Overloaded skips will not be taken away, should the driver believe the load is unsafe. The security netting is not designed to hold waste above the level of the skip secure, it is there for preventing loose waste blowing off in transit. We invite you to act responsibly by ensuring your load is safe for transport.
We reserve the right to remove some of the waste which is deemed dangerously over the level of the skip without prior notice.
Hire of our skips is for up to 7 Calendar days. We reserve the right to collect skips without prior notice thereafter.

A: Payment must be made before delivery either trough our website, or over the phone.

A: We offer credit accounts for businesses and Sole Traders. If you would like to open an account with us, please call.
Q: When do I pay for my skip
A: Skip must be paid before or just after delivery with a card or Cash can be handed to our driver at the time of delivery
Q: What do I do once I am finished?
A: Please call us on 01206890997 to let us know the skip is ready for collection.
Q: What happens if I dispose of waste which is not allowed in the skip?
A: We always check the contents of skips, if we notice items listed above we will remove them from the skip and leave them on your drive. If Items are discovered in the skip at the time of our disposal, they will be returned to you and you will be charged extra carrier fee of £20.00
