Terms & Conditions of Hire

If you are ordering a skip with us, either by phone or online, please ensure you read all of our terms and conditions below.

Your delivery note can either be posted trough your letterbox, or we can email you a copy should you wish to. Please let us know at the time of order.

Prices quoted on Core Fusion Limited website are inclusive of VAT.

Prices quoted are based on the disposal of non-hazardous waste. Common hazardous waste includes (but is not limited to) asbestos, fridges/freezers, computer, and electronics equipment, and fluorescent lighting tubes, and paint & solvents.


During the hire of our skips, the hirer (you) is responsible and will therefore be held liable should damage occur to our property (skip).
In an event of a fire, we reserve the right to charge the client a replacement or repair for the damaged skip, at the current market price. Furthermore
, any other damages will be charged to the client before the skip is collected.

Cancellation and Refund

All our orders are confirmed at the time of order. If you need to cancel or reschedule the delivery, we require a minimum of 24h notice. Cancellations, as well as Rescheduling of your delivery, must be by phone at 01206 890997. Failed attempts of delivery or collections will be charged £40.00 as per our terms and conditions.


All canceled orders which qualify for a refund are subject to a £5.00 administration fee. The remainder will be refunded onto the card used at the time of booking.
Orders canceled less than 24hrs before delivery will be subject to a £50% refund. Orders which have already been shipped will not qualify for a refund.

Placement of skips on driveways, terms, and conditions of hire

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient room for the skip on their property. Our skips cannot be placed on the road. Instead, we offer a wait-and-load service. Please call us to arrange this.

Drivers are all trained to deposit skip in such a manner, it can be collected. Therefore, please ensure the skip is not moved from the position we have left it at. Furthermore, any skips which have been moved and as a result cannot be collected will be subject to additional costs for wasted collections.

We require a minimum of 3m clearance for skips 6 yard and above for delivery and collection. Therefore please ensure you have enough room for our lorry to enter your property. We do not accept any liability for damage caused by our vehicles whilst on, or entering your property, due to lack of space/ or weak subterrain/ driveway.

Non-conforming Waste

Our waste is segregated and recycled by us, therefore, any non-conforming waste that might be discovered in the skip will be returned to your property and you may incur delivery and administration charges.

Skips must be loaded only up to a LEVEL load. Overloaded skips will not be taken away, should the driver believe the load is unsafe. The security netting is not designed to hold waste above the level of the skip secure, it is there for preventing loose waste from blowing off in transit. We invite you to act responsibly by ensuring your load is safe for transport.

We reserve the right to remove some of the waste which is deemed dangerously over the level of the skip without prior notice.

Hire of our skips is for up to 7 Calendar days. We reserve the right to collect skips without prior notice thereafter.

The Core Fusion Skip Hire mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Core Fusion Limited ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Core Fusion’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Core Fusion through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Core Fusion Limited. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 07717134153 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Core Fusion Limited mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

What happens if I dispose of waste which is not allowed in the skip?

We always check the contents of skips, if we notice items listed above, we will remove them from the skip and leave them on your drive. If Items are discovered in the skip at the time of our disposal, they will be returned to you, and you will be charged an extra carrier fee of £20.00, and any other cost associated with processing and quarantining your waste
